They tell you the truth. You see, food companies spend billions of dollars on marketing and packaging so you don't pay attention to what's really inside your food. Breakfast cereals are the perfect example of this. They are designed to appeal to children, while having text that is intended to reassure parents about the cereal's nutritional value.
