Forgetting About Your Dreams

Here's a sharp question to chew over:
"When exactly are you supposed to forget about your dreams?"

Hint: Never.

It’s never too late to become successful or accomplish your goals. You might want to draw inspiration from these few examples...

Ray Kroc had passed his 50th birthday before he bought the first McDonald's in 1961, which he ultimately expanded into a worldwide conglomerate.

Charles Darwin was 50 years old before he published 'On the Origin of the Species' in 1859, the book that espoused the theory for which he is best known today.

Harland Sanders was 'a failure' who got fired from a dozen jobs before starting his restaurant, and then failed at that when he went out of business and found himself broke at the age of 65. Eventually, things started working out when he sold the first Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise in 1952.

Here is something to reflect on: You can only lose the game of life if you give up. No matter how terrible the economy is or how depressed you're feeling right now, you can still bounce back and get over the top if you refuse to throw in the towel.

You never know when you’ll make it BIG, so always keep going and give it your best. Have fun along the way of course, but don't follow the multitude to do wrong.

Have an amazing day!

Why Success Has Nothing To Do With Luck

What you believe has a tremendous impact on how well you can deal with the challenges of life. As a matter of fact, I believe that your belief system is the single most important factor in your success and happiness. In the course of my life, I held onto 4 beliefs that helped me through tough challenges. They helped me turn around my finances, faith, career, and interpersonal relationships. Here they are: 1. EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON AND A PURPOSE TO SERVE ME This is the belief that helped me find the opportunities and the gift even in the face of adversity. 2. WHAT DOESN'T KILL ME MAKES ME STRONGER This is the belief that gets me going when I'm sad or hurt. I've scaled through moments of depression with the help of this belief. 3. I HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR, BUT FEAR ITSELF This is the belief that I repeat to myself every time I want to do something that scares me. This one is extremely liberating once you internalize it. What would you do wit...

Ignite Your Creativity

Your life is like an ongoing work of art. The canvas of your life begins with your family; and your experiences, setbacks, and triumphs play a part in forming who you become. And as long as you live, your life will continue to be a form of artistic creation. Creativity is often narrowly defined by creative works, such as books, paintings, and music. But creativity encompasses so much more than the works we create. Living a creative life also involves the thought, energy, and time we devote to problem-solving and creating the life we’ve been given to live. So stop delineating creativity only along aesthetic lines. Get out of your comfort zone and find solution to problems. Reflect on ways of adding value to human existence. Stop complaining about issues and start innovating. Develop new ideas. Implement new processes. Devise new methods of doing things or making things work. When you get stuck, get out of your work space and go for a walk. Leverage synergy where practicable. Your crea...

One Word That Can Change Your Life...Starting Now!

There's a well-known saying by Mike Tyson, "Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face." This is when reality sinks in and you have to deal with the present situation you find yourself. There's a word that can transform your life no matter the drama that seems to characterize your existence, if you wholeheartedly embrace its meaning. That word is DETERMINATION. There's nothing more powerful than a determined person. Determination here implies firmness of purpose or the tendency to move in a certain direction. The determined individual always ends up getting what he wants from life. Here's your 5-step plan to be determined: Choose only a few important goals and stick to them. Cultivate the habit of writing your goals...say daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc Stop being idle or busy doing the wrong thing. Welcome each day with renewed effort to unleash your potentials and pursue your dreams. Walk straight with your head u...
